Allegheny County Economic Development is helping communities, funders, and developers connect the dots in Opportunity Zones by mapping out potential Opportunity Zone Projects within Allegheny County. Do you have a development opportunity in an Opportunity Zone that you would like posted to our map?
Fill out our Allegheny County Opportunity Zone Project Submission Form and email it to opportunityzones@alleghenycounty.us to start the process.
To have your project considered for our map we ask that you:
- Are able to demonstrate site control, and that the project is located within an Opportunity Zone in Allegheny County.
- Must be current on taxes, water, sewage, and refuse bills on all properties owned in Allegheny County.
- Must not have any outstanding code violations or municipal liens on properties owned in Allegheny County.
- Have a mappable project location – In order to pinpoint a project location, we will need a project parcel ID number. The Real Estate Website contains property information that may be helpful identifying your parcel ID number.
Submitting the Allegheny County Opportunity Zone Project Submission Form and accompanying Project Profile Form does not guarantee that your project will be added to our website. Submission of this form does not guarantee that the project will be profiled on the website, nor does it imply ACED support of either this project or the listed developer.
